We all like to get a good suntan in those few hours we spend outside of our cubicles. There are certain ways that you can speed up the tanning process. One way to do this is to eat certain foods that contain melanin. Melanin is a pigment compound that is vital to a good tan. The more of this compound that is in your body, they easier you can tan. Some foods with an abundance of melanin are watermelon, melon, fish, oil, peaches, carrots and eggs. Next time you are at the store pick some of these up for your tan.

So you went out on the town last night. You painted the town red like Carrie. Now you are curled up in a ball, crying in your bed. Some of the main vitamins that drinking depletes are the B vitamins. Many types of fish are packed with B vitamins and can help you recover from that vegas bender. So next time you’re cooking dinner hungover, reach for some fresh fish instead of the fat and greasy cheeseburger.

So i stumbled across a site that will give you the nutritional facts of your Chipotle meal. It allows you to select all your ingredients, then it horrifies you with the unhealthy results. I chose a simple burrito with steak, cheese, rice and lettuce. I had 50% of my daily saturated fat, 45% of my daily total fat and lets not even talk about sodium. Check it out at Chipotle Fan and don’t eat this 7 days a week.

Since we recently discussed grilling hamburgers, I thought grilling steak was a logical next step. If you are like me, you have your own way of grilling the perfect steak. Sometimes even I don’t have the time to prepare a great meal though.
Jack Daniels has created the EZ Marinader bags for grilling. Try the mesquite for your next steak. All you do is drop the meat in the bag and let it sit for a while. They taste great and are made by Jack Daniels! What else could we ask for?

It is almost summer. That means grilling out is a necessity for men. It also means its time to try something new on the grill. The days of the boring burgers are over. Try this recipe at your next get together for Spicy Chipotle Burgers. Not only do they have a great kick but they are turkey. They will taste great and take an inch off that winter coat of yours.
