If you happen to be a drinker than you know what a few beers a day can do to your stomach. Have you ever done the math? 10 beers that are 150 calories each is 1,500 calories! So i stumbled across a site that will give you the nutritional facts of your Chipotle meal. It allows you to select all your ingredients, then it horrifies you with the unhealthy results. I chose a simple burrito with steak, cheese, rice and lettuce. I had 50% of my daily saturated fat, 45% of my daily total fat and lets not even talk about sodium. Check it out at Chipotle Fan and don’t eat this 7 days a week.
