WEC 47 comes crashing into Columbus, OH this weekend, the home of MHM.  This is also Arnold Sports weekend so it is sure to be an exciting event.  The Arnold has attracted UFC the last few years and has always done well and this year WEC should be no exception. 

There are a lot of good matches on the card including Dominick Cruz and Brian Bowles which figures to be the biggest fight of the night.  You can check out the whole breakdown of the card on ESPN.

UFC legend Chuck Liddell has kept himself in great shape well into the downside of his career.  Now, we may know the secret to his success.  Liddell and his hot girlfriend Heidi recently appeared in an internet video working out completely naked.  I’m not really sure what the point of the no clothes is but luckily Liddell is blurred.  Unfortunately, Heidi is too.  I suggest if you feel like trying this, avoid doing this at your local gym…

The Bleacher Report has again put together another Best of the Decade list that is definitely worth checking out.  Their 50 Hottest WAGs (wives and girlfriends) of the Decade will make you even more envious of your favorite athletes.  No one can argue with Marisa Miller at the top, but there are several you probably aren’t aware of that can make a case of their own.

With the 2000’s coming to a close, you will be sure to see several of these Best of… the decade lists over the next few weeks.  One such list that we can get behind is Bleacherreport.com’s 40 Hottest Female Athletes list.  While some of their choices are debatable, they do include personal favorites Ana Ivanovic, Allison Stokke and a few of everyones favorite tennis players at the top.  One notable that they missed was WVU’s Amanda Cicchini.

In case you haven’t been around a TV, Radio, Computer, Phone or any other media device over the last few days, Tiger Woods suffered a big blow to his golden boy image.  Not to mention his face after his wife Elin was done with him.  This all started with one rumor of the sexy Rachel Uchitel hooking up with El Tigre.  Now other stories are emerging including a rumored hook up with a former Tool Academy star.  While Tiger has remained in hiding and canceled his appearance at his own charity tournament this week, he apologized for his “transgressions” today.

As Manny Pacquiao prepped for his fight against Miguel Cotto on November 14 in Las Vegas, he took a few minutes to talk about fighting the pay-per-view king, Floyd Mayweather Jr. Pacquiao was adamant that Mayweather wanted nothing to do with the Filipino champion.

While this could be one of the biggest fights in boxing history, Pacquiao was outspoken in saying “I’m sure he doesn’t want to fight.”  Mayweather’s associates acknowledged that Pacquiao is on their radar, but no bout has been scheduled.

It has just been announced that current UFC Heavyweight Brock Lesnar will postpone his title defense against Shane Carwin due to an unspecified illness.  According to the article, Lesnar has been battling the illness and has been unable to train for the upcoming bout.

In last night’s pre-season game between New England and Cincinnati,  Chad “Esteban” Ochocinco made an appearance as kicker Shayne Graham was injured in warmups.  While Chad kicked in high school and is a self described soccer fanatic, he had never kicked in an NFL game until last night.  The most surprising thing of all was how well he actually did.  The Bengals open the season September 13 and can also be seen on HBO’s Hard Knocks.

You may not like Brett Favre’s most recent attempt at a comeback;  I can understand.  Many people feel that he needs to throw the towel in already.  In light of all the talk around his current situation, I remembered a classic movie he appeared in.  There’s Something About Mary.  Click the link and watch a younger Brett Favre attempt to act.  It’s pretty damn funny.
