It’s football season now gents. Next time you start pounding down the Bud Lights, make a killer snack. If you are kitchen handicapped have your girlfriend do it. Below are directions for a kick ass Buffalo Chicken Wing dip. You will thank me when you have the munchies…
4 boneless chicken breasts ground or chopped in a food processor
1 bottle Anchor Bar wing sauce [hot or regular your choice]
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup Blue cheese dressing
1 small package shredded cheddar cheese
Chop or grind cooked chicken breasts. Blend sauce and cream cheese together. Add chicken, Blue cheese, and cheddar cheese. Place in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve hot or cool, put in fridge and reheat before the game. Great with nacho chips and beer.

Are you a steak lover? If the answers yes, you will love the Big Texan. They challenge you to eat their 72 oz steak in under an hour. If you succeed, you get a free dinner (and trip to the hospital). If you don’t finish in an hour, you owe the steak house 50 bucks. The record right now is 9 minutes and 31 seconds. Think you can beat it?

So i stumbled across a site that will give you the nutritional facts of your Chipotle meal. It allows you to select all your ingredients, then it horrifies you with the unhealthy results. I chose a simple burrito with steak, cheese, rice and lettuce. I had 50% of my daily saturated fat, 45% of my daily total fat and lets not even talk about sodium. Check it out at Chipotle Fan and don’t eat this 7 days a week.

Not all men enjoy the taste of fish, however you need to try this dish. Below I have listed the steps for great blackened tuna steaks. This thick cut fish is amazing on the grilland good for you. The Omega-3 in fish helps blood circulation and it’s a good change from a 100% red meat diet.
1/4 c. olive oil, 2 tbsp. lime juice, 6 tuna steaks, about 6 oz. each, 1 tbsp. dry mustard, 2 tbsp. dried cilantro, 1 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, 1 tsp. black mustard seeds
Combine olive oil and lime juice, brush each steak with mixture. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over steaks and refrigerate. Grill the steaks for 4 minutes per side. Do not dry out. Top with Lime and Soy Sauce.

Since we recently discussed grilling hamburgers, I thought grilling steak was a logical next step. If you are like me, you have your own way of grilling the perfect steak. Sometimes even I don’t have the time to prepare a great meal though.
Jack Daniels has created the EZ Marinader bags for grilling. Try the mesquite for your next steak. All you do is drop the meat in the bag and let it sit for a while. They taste great and are made by Jack Daniels! What else could we ask for?

It is almost summer. That means grilling out is a necessity for men. It also means its time to try something new on the grill. The days of the boring burgers are over. Try this recipe at your next get together for Spicy Chipotle Burgers. Not only do they have a great kick but they are turkey. They will taste great and take an inch off that winter coat of yours.
