Easy guys, I’m not talking about the snow you shoveled during the 6 years you spend at Arizona State.  Winter is officially in full force right now.  One of the best workouts for you is to get outside and shovel your driveway.  If you don’t have a driveway then go shovel an older neighbors.  Those old folks die trying every year trying to shovel their drives.  By the way did I tell you that you can burn 400 calories an hour doing this?

Cleveland, Ohio has been known for sports teams that can’t get the job done. Ever hear of the movie Major League? Hollywood even has found time to make fun of Cleveland sports.
